What can I expect?
The apprenticeship as a commercial employee EFZ prepares you optimally to work in various departments of a company. For a balanced mix of theory and practice, the training takes place in three locations: at the training company, in vocational school classes, and in inter-company courses (üK). There, you acquire technical, methodological, and interpersonal skills for your commercial career.

In which departments will I work?
Every six months, you switch departments with us. You will work in the following departments:
Marketing/Wetrok Academy
Human Resources (HR)
Purchasing
Accounting
Customer Service
Technical Service
This way, you gain insights into various fields and will know after your apprenticeship…

What do I need to fulfill or submit?
For an apprenticeship at Wetrok, you should bring:
Openness for a rather underrated industry
For the M-profile: Admission according to cantonal regulations
To consider your application, your dossier should include the following documents:
Motivation letter
CV
School certificates (all secondary school certificates)
Result of "Multicheck Business and Administration" (www.gateway.com)
If available: Diplomas, typing certificate, etc.

What do they produce, and what would be my role?
Wetrok develops and sells cleaning agents, cleaning machines, and cleaning services for professional users.
The products are developed in our own research laboratory and sold worldwide.
We need motivated employees in various areas: purchasing raw materials, marketing products, calculating profit margins, and handling customer inquiries.
You’ll have the opportunity to support us in all these tasks!

Trial Apprenticeship
Can I come for a trial day?
You are welcome to complete a trial day with us. The only condition: You must have had a successful first interview with us.
On the trial day, you will get to know four departments, and we will take the time to answer all your questions.
