Disinfection - Quick disinfection of surfaces (small surfaces)

Applying the ready-to-use disinfectant or the disinfectant solution on small surfaces using a suitable cleaning cloth to kill specific microbes and / or deactivate viruses. Suitable for cleaned, dry, alcohol- and water-resistant surfaces.

Preparatory work

Select suitable products to match the surface to be cleaned (type / square metres) and the type of soiling.
Put up the warning sign.
Pre-clean soiled surfaces and leave them to dry before disinfecting. Disinfect infectious soiling first.
Fill the spray bottle or bucket with disinfectant in accordance with the dosing instructions. Add dry cloths or use ready-to-use disposable disinfectant cloths.

Main task

Spray the entire surface with the alcohol-based disinfectant and carefully distribute the disinfectant using a suitable cloth. Alternatively, take a soaked cloth from the bucket and wipe down the entire surface. Alternatively, take a ready-to-use disposable disinfectant cloth from the pack and then tightly reseal the pack. Wipe down the entire surface with a wet cloth using slight pressure.
Change the cloth as needed. Dispose of the disposable cloth.
Observe the specified contact time of the disinfectant! Leave the surface to dry.

Final steps

Remove the warning sign.
Dispose of any waste.
Clean the cleaning equipment and replace as needed.
