
Spray extraction single work step (direct method)
To deep clean mild, stubborn soiling on floor coverings and surfaces in a single work step using the spray extraction machine. Suitable for water-resistant textile floor coverings, carpets, textiles and upholstery.
Preparatory work
Select suitable products to match the surface to be cleaned (type / square metres) and the type of soiling.
Check whether the entire floor covering is water-resistant.
Check, equip and ready the machine and all accessories in compliance with the instructions for use.
Fill the spray extraction machine’s fresh water tank with cleaning product in accordance with the dosing instructions.
Put up the warning sign.
Remove any loose dirt (dry vacuuming or brush vacuuming).
Main task
Spray extraction of the floor covering in a single work step. Moving in slightly overlapping passes, slowly pull the spray extraction nozzle backwards, spraying the pressurised cleaning product solution into the floor covering via the spray nozzles and immediately removing the dissolved dirt and the remaining cleaning solution using the suction nozzle
Empty the waste water tank when it is full. Refill the fresh water tank when it is empty.
As needed: Straighten the moist carpet pile using a carpet pile brush.
Perform a visual check.
Allow the textile floor covering to dry completely.
Final steps
Vent, empty and clean the spray extraction machine in accordance with the instructions for use.
Clean the spray nozzle and the suction nozzle.
Check the power cable for visible damage, clean the cable and roll it up loosely towards the plug.
Remove the warning sign once the floor covering is dry.
Dispose of any waste.
Clean the cleaning equipment and replace as needed.
